HR & Operations Officer
Mr. Odindo Griffin joins the African Academy of Sciences as the Human Resources & Operations Officer.
Odindo holds double Masters in Human Resource Management from Kisii University and Operations from Quantic School of Business and Technology and has professional interests in HR, Operations and Programs Administration.
Odindo brings 13 years of experience in Non-profit organization management. Prior to joining AAS, he worked with USAID, Centre for Maternal Health Innovations, KMET, where he focused on aligning people management with programs, organization development and grant writing.
His other previous engagements include Operations, Program Management and Administration.
Outside of work, Odindo enjoys writing, music and community service.
