Saida Abdul Ramadhan

Saida Abdul, our esteemed Grants Officer, holds a Master’s in Business Administration-Project Management Option, a Degree in Biomedical Sciences, and a professional certification in Monitoring and Evaluation. Her extensive qualifications and experience make her an asset to our team.

She has previously managed a portfolio of grants, implementing pre- and post-grant award processes and providing support to grantees to ensure the delivery of quality projects on time and on budget. Before joining the Academy, she was the Program Officer for the Miller Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of the disadvantaged. She also worked briefly at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), the US-army Medical Research Institute, the KEMRI Centre for Public Health, and Kenya Water for Health Organization. She is passionate about bringing positive change in Africa through research and quality reporting of research publications.
